Setup Dashboard

Complete the Setup Dashboard to begin using your IndigoCCR Rewards Program. Red, yellow and green icons track your progress. If any area is red (incomplete), the IndigoCCR app will NOT be active on Clover even if it is downloaded and connected on the Company Details page. Once every section is yellow (partially complete) or green (complete) you can begin using the program.

Note: While we recommend completing every section, several areas are optional or have defaults settings. These sections will automatically be yellow or green.

Company Details
Status:
Provide contact information for your business, enter store details and connect the POS system to your mystore.indigoccr.com account.

Note: Complete the connection for each store in the Company Details section, not on the Clover device or Clover Dashboard.
Communications
Status:
Set parameters for how your business will be identified when sending texts and emails to your customers.
Text2Join
Status:
Create your Text2Join phrase which allows customers to join your Rewards Program. The customer simply texts your phrase to --. We respond with a message welcoming them to your Rewards Program.

This option makes it easy to enroll customers through social media and store signage.
Branded Website
Status:
The Branded Website is used by customers to complete enrollment, view program details and access account activity. Customers are directed to the webpages using links provided in SMS/text and email communication. You can also link to the branded webpages from your business website.

If you don't have a website, you can create a Homepage using our drag-and-drop page builder to promote your business.
Rewards Program
Status:

Define your Rewards Program here. Set points based on sales amount, create recurring bonus point to attract consumers during slow periods and schedule promotions for holidays or special events.
Rewards Redemptions
Status:
Create redemptions that incent your customers to visit more frequently and spend more. Setting limitations such as enrollment status and maximum usage creates a custom experience for your customers and ensures your rewards programs drive activity that grows your business.
Automated Communications
Status:
You have not yet customized the content in this section. Until you do so, you are using default messages. 
Text and/or email messages are automatically sent to customers when sales are completed. The messages change based on customer status and criteria such as using or unlocking a redemption with the sale. Default communications are automatically enabled, but you can customize messages and update preferences for sending text or email.
Users
Status:
Create additional users to administer your rewards program.
Use employee email addresses to add users and customize their access level on the mystore.indigopayments.com site.
Billing
Status:
Add a credit card and enable autoload to ensure customers receive all of your messages. 
Billing plans are selected and modified on the Clover Web Dashboard. The store integration in Company Details must be complete before billing plans are reflected here. Text and emails included in the billing plans are prorated when a plan is started or changed and carried forward until used. There are no refunds for unused communication.

When usage exceeds the free text or email balance in your account, messages are billed at the rates in your plan. Additional communication billing for multilocation accounts is based on the highest price plan.

If your account balance is not sufficient, we'll suspend sending messages until funds are added or free monthly transactions are credited to your account. We'll also send notifications to the email contact in Company Details.
