Adjust POS Settings to customize how IndigoCCR interacts with employees and customers.

The selections below update the IndigoCCR app when it is installed or refreshed. The same controls can be viewed and edited on the settings page of the app. Limit access to edit settings in the app by requiring a PIN.

Default POS settings are applied when a store is created. You can also update settings for all stores by pressing the "Update Stores" button at the bottom of the screen.

Pull settings to the IndigoCCR app on Clover by pressing "Refresh" on the settings page in the app.

Setting	Description	Status
PIN Access	Limit access to edit settings on the app by requiring a PIN. PIN:
Customer Access	View - Add existing customers to orders and view customer details. Customers must join the program through a customer facing Clover (Duo or Rotating screen) or use text2join. Edit - In addition to View features. Make changes to customer accounts on the customer details screen. Add - Add customers to your program through any Clover device. If a customer does not accept communication terms on a customer facing Clover, text communication with customers is limited. Add/Edit - In addition to Add features. Make changes to customer accounts on the customer details screen.
Customer Loyalty Status	If you require a customer to confirm their account to use redemptions, you can override that requirement for individual customers. By selecting “Yes”, your employees can change a customer’s status from Non-member to Member-Unconfirmed. This will allow the customer to redeem points even though they have not confirmed their account.
Prompt to Add Customers	By selecting "Yes", the add customer screen is initiated when the "Pay" button is pressed on the Clover Register and there is not a customer associated with the order. By selecting "No", the customer screen is only initiated by touching the IndigoCCR Customer Icon on the Register or Pay screens.
Prompt to Add Redemption	Enable these pages to display details about point accumulation and reward redemption. We recommend leaving these pages "ON" unless you are not offering points based rewards.

The following settings are only applicable if you have POS equipment with a customer-facing screen such as Clover Station Pro or any other Clover Station with a Clover Mini tethered as a USB Pay Display.

Setting	Description	Status
Join From Customer Screen	By selecting "Yes", customers enter their phone number or email to create or access their account on Clover's customer-facing screen. By selecting "No", the cashier must enter customer information.
Redemptions on Customer Screen	By selecting "Yes", when the redemption screen is presented to the cashier the customer will see available redemptions on Clover's customer-facing screen.
Customer Screen Message	By selecting "Yes", the customer screen message is displayed when the Clover's customer-facing screen is idle. You can advertise your rewards program or other important events here. The logo from you Clover dashboard is displayed at the top of the message.
